Terms of Service

Last updated 21 July 2026

These terms cover your use of Glaard. By creating a Glaard account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Glaard receives messages forwarded to your family's unique address, uses an AI model to extract actionable items, and displays them on a shared list for your family workspace. Glaard is currently in early access, and features (or the service itself) may change.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for anything that happens under your account. Don't share your login credentials.

Billing and refunds

Glaard is billed either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose, and renews automatically until you cancel. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of being charged for a full refund. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable, though you can still cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

Acceptable use

Only forward messages you have the right to share with your family workspace. Don't use Glaard to process content that's illegal, abusive, or violates someone else's privacy in a way you don't have the right to share.

AI-generated output

Task extraction is automated and, while designed to avoid guessing dates or details it isn't confident about, is not guaranteed to be complete or error-free. You're responsible for verifying anything with a real deadline or consequence. Treat Glaard as a helpful first pass, not a substitute for reading the original message when it matters.

Availability

We aim to keep Glaard running reliably but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, particularly during early access. We'll do our best to communicate any planned downtime or major changes.

Limitation of liability

Glaard is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for missed deadlines, damages, or losses arising from your use of the service, including from inaccurate or incomplete task extraction.

Termination

You can stop using Glaard and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.
